Initially, Much importance was not given to these computed factors. They were more like fun equipment for children or for circus exhibitions. Slowly, Robots’ meaning and uses became clearer to the industrial world. then began the great invention rush. Heavier machinery was invented, and more daunting tasks were handed over to these machines. heavy lifting, house painting, security jobs, your guess, what I am saying is that with time the sophistication of these machines grew, likewise the sophistication of their duties. Today every sector of the world can confidently flaunt a Robot or give room for Automations. Automotive Industries, Aerospace, and Defense, Aluminium Extrusion and Panels, Agriculture, Manufacturing. every single sector of the world can flaunt robots today, of course even Teaching.

General Mechanism of Painting Robots
Modern painting robots employ arms with six degrees of freedom. This means they can paint not only the outside of an object/area, but they can also reach inside, for example. DOF stands for Degrees of Freedom. If you limit the degree of freedom of a particular robot. You indirectly limit the areas the robot can reach in carrying out its duties. The More Degrees of freedom a Robot has, the More it Can reach a Particular point from Multiple Angles. In the General Mechanism of Robots, I explained that recent robots employ arms with six degrees of freedom, this is aimed at Increasing the DOF.
Feature 2: The Atomizer 4000
Ignore the 4000, I just did that to make it sound super cool. Robots are totally useless without the Atomizer. Painting Robots actually. You see the Atomizer helps turn Paints into Spray, so the Robots can actually spray Paint.
Feature 3: The Paint Pump:
This Feature Pumps Paint from the Storage out to the targeted area.
Feature 4: Color Changer:
I believe this may not need much explanation but for certain purposes. The Color Changer ensures the Paint Robot can switch between two or more colors while painting. This is usually a good thing if you are painting two-color designs on a wall.
Feature 5: Hollow wrists:
This is a Point in the Handle of the Robot where painting poles can be inserted or other paint prefixes. This is to avoid paint getting on the Robot and causing a stain.
Feature 6: Explosion Proof:
Yeah yeah, This Protects the Robots from explosions. Which Probably happens when you overwork the Robot. Or Some other technical Failures.
Feature 7: The Paint Programming Software:
This actually is the most important aspect of all the features. Without the Programming software, the Robot won’t work at all.

We have gone through the three advantages of robotic painting. There are many advantages but these are the major ones. The truth is Robots especially industrial robots are not new. Soon, robots will be an integral part of our lives, and now that we have seen the three advantages of robotic painting.
These industries are parts of our daily lives one way or another. The age of robots is already here and we have to adapt to change. Robotic painting is the New World Order in the painting industry and we have to acknowledge it.
